Jury (incl. names)

NJON organises the auditions for all projects of the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands (NJO) as well as the first round of auditions for the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO). The jury for final round auditions of EUYO will be provided by EUYO itself. Please find more information on the EUYO final round of auditions on the EUYO website.

The jury of the NJO and EUYO first round string auditions in the Netherlands consists of:

• Ewout van Dingstee (cello and double bass) or Peter Bogaert (violin and viola);
  orchestra manager Daniëlle Egberts or her representative;
• a professional musician for the specific instrument and/or orchestra section for which the auditions are organised

The jury of the NJO and EUYO first round winds and percussion auditions in the Netherlands consists of:

• orchestra manager Daniëlle Egberts or her representative (chair and secretary);
• a professional musician for the specific instrument and/or orchestra section for which the auditions are organised.

The jury of the NJO auditions in Belgium consists of:

• artistic manager Ewout van Dingstee or his representative (chair);
• orchestra manager Daniëlle Egberts or her representative (jury member and secretary).

NJON may change the composition of the jury.
